• Prices displayed on our website are in SAR and USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible depending on the order status.
• Mihyar reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.
• In case of order cancellation by Mihyar, the full payment amount will be refunded to the customer’s original payment method.

• We offer shipping across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and internationally. Delivery times vary depending on the location and selected shipping method.
• Mihyar is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs clearance or courier delays.
• Any shipping fees or duties applicable to international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
• Once an order is shipped, the customer will receive an order number to monitor the delivery status.
• If an order is lost or significantly delayed beyond the expected delivery time, customers are encouraged to contact Mihyar customer support for resolution.

• Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition with tags and packaging intact. Discounted products and special offers can be returned within 3 days of receipt of your order.
• Personalized or altered items are not eligible for returns.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days of return approval.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on Mihyar’s part.
• Mihyar reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return criteria.
