HOW DO I MEASURE MYSELF?

If after measuring yourself and consulting the table you see that you are between two sizes, you must decide according to your preferences whether to choose the smaller size (which will be tighter) or the larger (which will be looser)

Place tape safely around neck while inserting 2 fingers. Make sure the tapa is at the height where the coller would be

Pass the measuring tape under armpits AROUND the broadest part of THE chest.

Measure horizontally around your waist, just inside where you like to wear the top of your trousers.
