Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we do. Mihyar.com orders can be delivered to any region which is serviced by our 3rd party delivery partners, and which is not prohibited to do so by KSA law or OFAC Sanctions.
What are your charges for delivery?
We charge a standard, flat fee for your delivery, regardless of weight or number of items. Please see the section below on courier charges for your specific region and currency.

Why am I paying shipping charges?
The shipping or delivery fee is charged to deliver your items right to your door. We have selected a simple and convenient flat fee structure, regardless of weight, so you will not be asked to pay for incremental increases in weight, just a small, once-off delivery cost.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Your order will be shipped without delay, from our warehouse, when all the items have been received and perfectly packaged in our Mihyar box/bag.
Delivery times vary between countries & locations.
Please note that delivery times can be impacted on Customs Clearance times. This is not in our control and we will not be able to liaise with individual countries' customs, authorities to assist you.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with all the details.

What happens if I provide incorrect recipient details and someone else receives my parcel?
In cases that incorrect recipient details were provided, resulting in the incorrect delivery of parcels, we will not refund or replace the order.
We are committed to assisting our customers in resolving such issues, we will need all necessary proof and documentation to help. Customers are advised to double-check and ensure the accuracy of order details before placing an order. Please feel free to contact our customer support team for assistance.
What is Click & Collect and how does it work?
Click & Collect is a convenient and complimentary service, which allows you to shop and pay for your order online, and then select your pick-up point in one of our selected stores in KSA and collect it at your convenience.
You will receive an email once your order is ready to be collected from your selected store.
How do I place an order for Click & Collect?
Here is what you need to do to place a Click & Collect order:
- Find the products you want to buy by searching for them or by browsing our departments.
- Add these products to your cart with the 'Add to cart' button.
- Go to checkout page & select your city then choose Click & Collect.
- Choose the store you would like to collect from using the list or select it on the map
- Enter your payment information and click the 'Continue' button.

How much does Click & Collect cost?
Click & Collect is FREE from your chosen store. Your order can be collected in 3-7 working days. You will receive an email once your order is ready to be collected from your selected store.
Which store will my order go to?
When you place your order, you will be able to select a store that's convenient for you from a list of stores available. The name of your chosen store will appear in your email confirmation.
How can I pay for Click & Collect order?
Click & Collect is a pre-paid service meaning we only offer collection for orders placed using a credit card.

Do you have stores where I can try the items on?
We have many stores in Saudi Arabia. Check the Store Locator page to view the store locations.
How do I change my shopping language?
Simply select your preferred language from the menu bar on the website or go to settings on App.
Can I return items purchased on www.mihyar.com?
Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on underwear and accessories. We will accept returns on other products if it meets the Returns criteria outlined in our policy.

How do I return items?
You may return your purchased items by logging into your profile on our website. If you have not created a profile on our website, please contact customer support via help@mihyar.com or you call us from KSA at 8001111949 to help you with the return. The refund usually takes 10-14 working days after a thorough quality check and acceptance from the warehouse.
Will I get a refund?
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the products back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Credit Card orders: upon successful quality check, the bank will issue your refund within 10-14 working days. Please contact Customer Service only if you have not received a refund after 14 working days.

Is the delivery cost refunded when I return an item?
We are happy to refund the delivery cost of the item if a mistake had been made by the team, such as incorrect item and size sent, damaged product etc.
Unfortunately, delivery costs cannot be refunded if the receiver no longer wants the item.
Will I pay any customs fees for my international order upon delivery?
Yes, customs duties are determined and imposed by the country to which we ship your products. We may not be aware of the exact amount, which is why we do not add it to the invoice. Upon arrival, our dedicated shipping company will contact you to inform you of the exact amount assessed and quoted by your country.
