If after measuring yourself and consulting the table you see that you are between two sizes, you must decide according to your preferences whether to choose the smaller size (which will be tighter) or the larger (which will be looser)
Place measuring tape safely around neck while inserting 2 fingers. Make sure the tape is at the height where the collar would be.
Place measuring tape under armpits around the broadest part of the chest.
Measure from the lowest point of the neck to right above the floor.
