1. Delivery Coverage
• Mihyar.com delivers domestically within Saudi Arabia and internationally to regions serviced by our third-party delivery partners, provided they are not restricted by KSA law or OFAC sanctions.
• We do not currently ship to countries outside of our delivery partners' coverage.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Saudi Arabia
• Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days.
• Click & Collect: Available for pickup in 3–7 working days from selected stores. Customers will receive an email once their order is ready.
International Orders
• Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days (varies based on destination and customs clearance).
• Customs clearance may cause delays beyond our control. We are unable to liaise with individual country authorities regarding customs processes.
Ramadan & Peak Seasons
• Delivery times may extend by 1–3 additional business days during high-traffic seasons such as Ramadan, Eid, and major sales events.
• We recommend placing orders in advance to ensure timely delivery.
3. Delivery Charges
Saudi Arabia
• Standard Delivery: SAR 28.
• Orders above SAR 399: Free of charge.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Not available; only card payments are accepted.
International Orders
• Standard Delivery: USD 25.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Not available; only credit card payments are accepted.
• Customs Fees: Import duties and taxes are set by the recipient country and must be paid by the customer upon delivery. The brand is not liable for any additional charges and will not process refunds if the customer refuses to pay the required fees.
4. Order Tracking
• Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once the order is dispatched.
• Orders can be tracked via Mihyar.com or the courier partner's website.
5. Missed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
• Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver the order 3 times before returning it to Mihyar.
• If the customer provides incorrect recipient details and the parcel is delivered to the wrong person, Mihyar is not responsible for refunds or replacements.
• Customers are advised to double-check their order details before confirming the purchase.
6. Receiving Your Order
• A signature confirmation may be required upon delivery.
• Customers should inspect their package upon receipt. If damaged, they should refuse the delivery and contact customer support immediately.
7. Click & Collect
• Customers can place an order online and select a Mihyar store for pickup.
• Once the order is ready for pickup, an email notification will be sent.
• Click & Collect orders must be prepaid via credit card (no cash payment on pickup).
• This service is free of charge.
8. Returns & Refunds
• Returns are accepted in line with Mihyar’s Return & Exchange Policy.
• Due to health and safety regulations, returns are not accepted on underwear and accessories.
• Customers can initiate returns via their Mihyar.com account or contact customer support at help@mihyar.com.
• Refunds for credit card payments are processed within 10–14 working days after a successful quality check.
• Click & Collect refunds are issued upon a quality check in-store.
• Delivery charges are only refunded if Mihyar made an error, such as sending the wrong item or a damaged product. Refunds are not applicable if the customer changes their mind.
